Elizabeth “Liz” Burton established PBI in 2002. Liz spent many years in HR & HR Staffing. Some of this experience included a large corporation in the financial industry with high volume hiring and pre-employment screening with extreme guidelines imposed by the FTC. During her tenure the company opted to out source the pre-employment screening of job candidates; she quickly found that service levels in the market overall were significantly below her acceptable standards. Being an individual with extremely high standards, she decided that she should do this business, and do it much better. Her extensive HR, HR Staffing and background screening experience provided a sound business base that has been enhanced with a creative and customer friendly proprietary process. Liz understands her customer’s needs.
