We have been using PBJ's service for over a year now and we are very pleased with our choice in this very important area. We have implemented a screening process for all childcare, teachers, staff and volunteers who work with "at- risk" individuals. Although this was a large undertaking for a church our size, PBI has been there to walk us through each step - from getting started to handling the various implementation waves we have thrown at them, and now to managing our day to day needs for screening.
We have received superior service in all regards - receipt confirmations, timeliness of response and special requests. They have handled each request with the confidentiality and professionalism our high standards require. Each question is answered effectively and completely and always in a timely manner.
The web interface is a great tool that allows me to be effective from anywhere I may be that day. I can quickly obtain the required information and have no worries about storing of this information for future use.
I get up to the minute progress and complete information at any pc, without sacrificing security of information.
PBI has implemented a customer support system where not only are they good at what they do, but they are nice people doing it. They truly take the time to do their job right and they care for me as a customer while they are doing it!

During her tenure, corporate opted to outsource the pre-employment screening of job candidates; she quickly found that service levels in the market overall were significantly below her standards. Being an individual with extremely high standards, she decided that she should do this business, and do it right. Her extensive HR, HR Staffing and background screening experience provided a sound business base that has been enhanced with a creative, customized and customer friendly proprietary process. Liz understands her customer’s needs.
