The turnaround time is one of the most important features and that PBI excels in this area.  The turnaround time is vastly improved over the company that we were previously using.  I cannot remember their name.  It is extremely important to us when we get good candidates hired and on board as quickly as possible due to the cost involved in having management personnel covering open positions to sustain customer delivery.  I understood when a report is going to take a little longer than normal to get to me due to the role that third parties play and that PBI can only be as fast as the third parties are.  This to me is a good indication of good customer communication – managing customer expectations is important.  I am very impressed with the accuracy and details of reports and cannot recall any report with inaccurate information.

I am pleased with how user friendly the reporting is.  They are easy to read and understand and I do not have to spend a lot of time getting to the most important information which allows me to quickly make a decision about the candidate.
